Random

Well, here's a little of what we've been up to lately. I just wanted to post some of these random pics we've taken lately. My mom wanted to give Jaxson a growth chart for his b-day and it just so happened that this was one of the crafts for our super Saturday. So I had fun putting together this cute b-day present for our cheesy boy. It's hard to read but it says 'From small beginnings come great things.'
He really likes it!
The other day I let Jax play with real markers for the first time. We colored one of our old little pumpkins. As you can tell he also enjoyed coloring himself and using it like chapstick.

And the big news at our house is Jax is in underwear! As you can see he really loves his underwear and usually wants to be wearing more than one pair. He's doing pretty good so far, especially with going #1, but I have say I hate potty training! It is NO fun!

Ohh boys are no fun with potty training! We always taught them to sit down first, the little boys mess is gross! :) but getting him out of diapers is a PLUS!

Wow, he WANTS to potty train? Neither of my boys wanted to without a fight. Once they turned 3 they decided they were ready and done potty training in a day! If he does potty train before the baby comes, you will most likely get a revert to diapers. VERY common. Kelsie has had #2 down forever never an accident, it's that #1!

Very cute project? Do you still have the directions? I'd love to make one! And I agree--potty training is not much fun. We're still going with Sav. It sure is a process sometimes! Hope you gous have a great Thanksgiving!

I LOVE that growth chart. So cute! Yay, Jaxson!! We're so proud of you for wearing big boy underwear!! Keep it up, bud! (Julie, I feel for you in the potty training! It took Austin about 8 months to finally go poop completely by himself. He was just so stubborn that he fought us constantly. Glad that is over!! :0)) Love you guys. Can't wait to see you!
