Gators

We saw a lot of wildlife while in Florida and I'm sure it doesn't surprise anyone that we saw some gators.  Being from the west, the only alligators I've seen were in zoos.  We often saw one hanging out in a creek that we would walk by in the neighborhood we were staying in.

One day the kids and I ventured out to a state park close by and saw these two bad boys.

They were swimming probably about 20 ft away from us in this small lake.  It was a little scary, mainly because I had my small kids that probably looked tasty to them, but it was also very thrilling to see them in their natural habitat.  Jax loved every minute of it!

Later, as we were leaving we saw this guy sun bathing.

And how could I not include a picture of this girl with that face.  Love her!
