Kristie

We were so lucky to have my favorite sister, Kristie, come join us for a week this month.  She was on her fall break and couldn't think of a better way to spend it. She's one well-traveled girl but has never been to Michigan and we were so happy to have her.

The Fall is probably the best time to visit Michigan and we took her to our favorite places, like the Henry Ford Museum and Village.

And the Imagination Station, where she braved the tightrope bike.
And we enjoyed their special traveling exhibit, Grosslogy.  In this exhibit they teach you about all the gross things our bodies do, things like burping and boogers.
You could even play on their digestive system playground and come out as poop.  Needless to say Jaxson was a ball of giggles in this place!

We also went to pumpkin patch that had a fun hay tower maze,
lots of pumpkins,
and the most amazing pumpkin doughnuts and apple cider.
While she was here we also took her downtown to the city walk, and to ride the people mover.  We also went to the Village's Halloween event, which was really fun but I didn't get pictures of it.  I need some of Kristie's pictures of this trip, hint hint.  We had such a great time with her and my kids miss their Aunt Kristie!
